Policy

Booking

• $50.00 deductible deposit per person is to be sent to jonagalica@gmail.com within 48 hours of booking.

• Will be deducted from the total price. Additional professional makeup artists will be hired to assist with parties of 3+.

• Max 3 faces can be done by each makeup artist (~4.5 hours) if time permits.

• No additional cost for extra assistant(s); all hiring and payment is handled/distributed by makeup artist.

• Once signed, pricing/policy listed on contract at the time of booking will remain binding until appointment date.

• Future updates/amendments to contract will not apply to past bookings.

• No changes will apply to previously established appointment details or quoted costs from the time of client’s signature and deposit.

• Early morning fees will be applied to start-times earlier than 6:00am. $35.00 per every half-hour before 6:00am (e.g. 5:00am start = +$70.00).

Trials/consults

• Bridal trials are priced as regular full face applications, priced at $110.00.

• Single appointments will be held at the home studio in Bradford, ON (inquire for exact address).

• Mobile/on-site service is offered across the GTA.

• Cancellations/changes to a booking of one client must be made at least 48 hours before the client's reserved date; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations/changes to party size must be made at least one week before the client's reserved date; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

• In the unexpected event that makeup artist(s) are unable to attend appointments (due to illness, emergency, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), notice will be given as soon as possible to ensure another makeup artist(s) of equal expertise will be found and hired to fulfill the appointment. In this case, the deposit will be refunded. Options for replacement artist(s) will be provided, and the client's preferred artist(s) will be prioritized.

Allergies/liability

• All brushes, tools, and makeup products are hypoallergenic and sterilized/disposable between each client.

• Any and all specific allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions must be reported by the clients prior to application (e.g., carmine (bright red/pink) pigments, liquid latex, skincare ingredients, etc.).

• Clients are asked to bring their own mascara, if possible.

• Alternatively, a disposable mascara wand will be used with a choice of mascara (regular/waterproof/brown/clear/coloured).

• Personal mascara, makeup products, and brushes must be provided by clients with extreme sensitivities, uncommon allergies, eye conditions, etc.
